Contrac was founded in 1974 as a small, entrepreneurial company, in Hull.
Initially supplying the ‘mainframe’ computer departments in large, local companies – listing paper, ribbons, diskettes, printed continuous stationery – it grew to be one of the region’s, and the industry’s, leading suppliers of computer consumables and paper-based print.
The company has worked with many of the top 100 companies and organisations in the UK.
With highly efficient warehousing and distribution facilities, Contrac has developed a specialisation in supporting the needs of multi-sited organisations and will often send out more the 200 parcels each day.
