through product re-design/re-engineering
What
did we do?: Proposed
a fundamental re-sizing of the label, so that it could be manufactured
2-wide from a highly cost-effective, stock label material. Introduced
Day-Glo inks to improve label visibility.
Result: Cost of 18 million
labels (supplied over a 12 month period) reduced by £42,000.
Plus, a much improved product.
