Contrac staff and Customers managed to raise £2349 for Children-In-Need this year. This represents a big jump from last year's total - a great result for children-in-need, thanks to all.

Partnerships at work in the M&S Supply Chain

Contrac’s Print Management team has been working with fellow M&S suppliers DHL and Christian Salvesen on a new M&S initiate called “PLAN A Strategy”.

PLAN A seeks to make meaningful steps towards and environmentally friendly ethos in the M&S supply chain.
A partnership looking at process requirements of DHL and Christian Salvesen alongside the fulfillment expertise of Contrac aimed at delivering substantial savings to both environmental and business costs at M&S.

The I.T. Source Division has completed its 2007/8 accreditations for the HP Preferred Partner Program.

Contrac’s Print Management team has been working with a leading High Street Retailer to
develop a new Label Tag system.

The Label Tag is an integral part of a developing national system for tracking the movement of goods from distribution centres to high street stores.This was a major project involving multiple parties from the customer’s supply chain. The product was successfully trialed in May and implemented during June 2007.
