Contrac applied a Consult, Transform, Support methodology to ensure a stable, secure rollout.
We undertook a comprehensive audit of the existing Windows Deployment Services (WDS) environment, providing a detailed report to ensure no unexpected issues would occur during the transition.
We utilised the existing WDS server and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, combined with bespoke scripts for the automation of remote imaging. We created USB Media images to ensure that remote workers were able to upgrade in line with the rest of the organisation.
